In the center of Okuninka there is an ATM and a tourist information center, where there is always up-to-date information about interesting events in the area. White Lake has easy access to water and a hard sandy bottom. In addition, at the lake you can meet mallard ducks, grebes, gray herons, swans, pond mudpuppies - oh what a beautiful sight it is when swans huddle in the sunshine.... With the highest average depth values in the entire Leczynsko-Wlodawa Lake District - 14.1 m (the greatest depth - 33.6 m) and capacity - 14998 m3, the lake is characterized by high resistance to degradation and, despite heavy tourist traffic, has a first class cleanliness. From June to the end of August all PKS buses from Wlodawa or Biala Podlaska to Chelm and Zamosc go around the lake. There are also several Lublin - Okuninka express connections. |
